I was watching this video on oils and found it quite interesting.
He explains it in quite a simple way too which I like. It suits simpletons like me well :).
I realise this post is going to possibly ruffle a few feathers but knowledge is power :).

If anyone is going to ruffle some feathers Matt, its you 😁 (Only Joking)
That is really interesting, I have an autoimmune diease which i wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, so this is really an eye opener, I have been working hard at cooking everything from scratch but when I have a flare up, its really difficult. I will be making more effort now, thats for sure. Thankfully I only have Olive oil and Avocado oil in the cupboard
Thank you for sharing Matt, we need to be aware
Have you researched everything he says?
No, I haven’t. And I don’t think I need to research everything he says.
Maybe you should research things before you post them to other people to read, you might be posting false information, just because someone has made a video about something on YouTube it doesn't mean it is fact.
I MIGHT be posting false information but then again, I might not be posting false information.
And just because what you know clashes with what I have posted doesn’t mean what you know is fact.
I think you will find that a lot of what we have grown up to know as truth usually turns out to be false.
This is why I have more faith in alternative media over mainstream media.
No feathers ruffled here. You may enjoy reading A Fat Lot of Good by Dr Peter Brucker, a leading sports doctor. I have very little processed food and stick to olive oil, coconut oil and butter.
Hi Matt2584
I tend to use olive oil, butter and nut oils as my preferred fats. I haven't watched the video, but may do so on the weekend, depending on time available, so thanks for sharing it, and I hope that you're having a great day!

Wow, thanks Matt, great video! In my cooking I have found I can use coconut oil instead of bacon for flavoring foods and they still taste good. Avoiding these processed foods is also good for your kidneys. I am a fan of real butter also.
