looked at home foods, but beyond my budget, have a freezer full of left overs to eat later, my feral cat usually eats them in the end, The baby is my first great grand son, great grand daughter due in the aultum. better when the casserole weather comes, can't get used to cooking little bits, just getting over the loss of my alan, did about a year on ding for one, but they are high in nasties, and been messing about with porridge and omelette, but with the d.nurse moaning about my poor neutrician, I thought I'd better eat healthier. strawberries disapear before I can put them into anything, defiantly my favourite food

I tend to go for slim fast when I am not up to cooking, always keep some coffee flavour ones in, or ovaltine which I think is a high carb so not good

yes, couldn't get on with sweetners when I gave up sugar many years ago, I just persisted till I could drink a whole cup

usually put local bee keepers honey in my porrige with cinnamon, as it is good for the arthritis

excuse spelling dyslexic and the spell check isn't helpful

I know what it is like. I have arthritis in most of my joints. And my hands are the worst. So I don't do much cooking. I live with my daughter. Since my husband died 3 years ago. And she dose most of the cooking when she is not working. I know what you mean about the price of the meals. I tryed them once and found them expensive. Your great grandson is lovley. I try to eat healthly with having arthritis. But it is hard sometimes. Take care x

good honey has healing stuff in it, not the commercial stuff where they feed their bees on sugar, mixed with cinnomen, my arthritis has improved and not on any medication now,
