Dystonia and Spastic Paraparesis

Just wanted to make contact with anyone else living with either or both of the above. I have no overall diagnosis which is not only frustrating but means there is no real treatment and I am now suffering the complications of lordosis of my spine, sciatica and arthritis due to my poor gait and neck tremors. I do my best to keep going with gentle exercise but it can be tough.

Hi bonsante

Have you seen the Dystonia Society forum, here on Healthunlocked? Here is a link, incaese you are interested in having a look at it:

healthunlocked.com/dystonia...

Wishing you the best with keeping going and your gentle exercise, and I hope that you're having a good weekend. I hope you'll stick with us in Healthy eating forum, but the other forum may be beneficial in terms of making contact with others experiencing dystonia and spastic paraparesis.

Hope you find something to help you manage the complications you listed.

Zest :-)

Thank you that is most helpful. I didn't realise I had posted this on the Healthy eating forum.
