That's interesting, thanks. I notice that the lady says she makes her own coconut flour with the remaining coconut, which is useful as there's no waste.
I must admit I've not bought a fresh coconut for years and years, I used to associate them with Christmas time! When I was a child, it was exciting to have a fresh coconut for Christmas, and I remember learning how you get the milk from the inside of the coconut and then enjoy the flesh of the coconut.
Brought back memories, thinking about that!

I use to make hot chocolate ( i use 70% hot chocolate from hotel chocolat) i dont drink coffee or tea and hot chocolat every morning is my thing. I also use it as my post workout snack and i add chia seed powder to it. I use it for any recipe too that calls for milk.
