This was what I had tonight for dinner. I had a Greek yogurt on the side. I had tuna mixed in with the salad, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, mixed nuts, fake bacon bits, green olives and cherry tomatoes with dried craisins and dressing. 85 carbs. for the entire meal.

Yum, love articokes in my salads, so few care for them. Looks lovely and very low in carb's to bad that one would not freeze. Working on that project with the carb's on chilling. Any left overs that are carb's just chilled over night in refrig. would qualify. Guess the carb's are coming from tomato's and crasians. Still very low great work!
I can take you on and beat you even at my tiny 86 pounds. Serious about the weight and serious I can eat you under the table! just gettin ready to enjoy some seafood Gumbo.
