🥗 Big Salad 🥗 For Dinner 🥣

For tonight’s dinner, I had a big salad mixed with tuna, peanuts, black and green olives, fake bacon bits, shredded mixed cheese, light balsamic vinaigrette dressing and mixed greens. When you figure out how many carbs. were in the entire salad, you get 20-40 (depending on the amount of each item that you add). I had 20 carbs..Stay safe, happy and healthy!😀👍🌈🥗

I mix egg/tuna with different types of hummus as a mayo. substitute since it's healthier that way. We had egg salad for lunch yesterday.

I am glad you can use that as substitute, many as you might know may get headaches & pretty sure( fact check) not good for some cancer ♋️ survivors
