Thank you for introducing yourself and I hope that you find the answers that work for you, I'm a coeliac with microscopic colitis which I keep under control with diet, I eat a whole food naturally gf diet and cook most meals from scratch.

Hi, have you tried probiotics?

No as I am not sure what to take as I don’t want to interfere with my medication. Seeing a nutritionist next week so hopefully she can help.
