Need inspiration after sickness bug

So I had a sickness bug at the begging of this week. I’m struggling with eating any carbs or dairy. So I’m feeling that I need some recipes and something different with flavour that doesn’t have any dairy and little carbs but gives me everything I need nutritionally.

Thank you! I feel after 5 days I should be relatively better but no hope! I can eat less than my 18 month old at the moment 😩

Hi Higgins just to add to the others here, I'd have some soup and soup without cream as dairy is best avoided with an upset stomach. A really good drink when you're recovering a stomach bug is a cup of low salt bouillon as it's really beneficial because when our stomachs are upset we need extra salt and salt is an essential electrolyte.
