1/3 pint of blueberries

10 green seedless grapes

10 red seeded grapes

6 oz tart cherry juice

15 asparagus tips

1 Roma tomato

1 chopped beet

1 small banana

2 heaping scoops of mega-Nutrition Organic Superfood

1 peeled decored chopped mango

3 lbs carrots

2 stalks of celery

1 cucumber

2 orange

2 lemon

1 Apple

Kale

Mustard greens

Spinach

Broccoli

Wow! Thank you for posting the recipe and picture. I will have to do this soon. Can you leave out the bananas and add mandarin oranges instead of regular oranges?😀👍

I hope you're enjoying the day so far. Thanks for sharing your recipe. I don't do any juicing, but it's interesting to see your recipe. Very dark in colour. I don't know what 'pomegranate aerials' are.

Hi Zest. I think you should give juicing a try. Even just a few of the items would be ok to use. People usually don't do it because of all the work involved and cleaning up afterwards, or, because it might be slightly problematic for them to get used to it because of mild GI issues at first. If people are worried about the carb thing, they can delete some of the fruit. The only other thing I would add to the recipe would be ginger and turmeric with a bit of black pepper. This site is called Healthy Eating, and among other things, this truly is.
