Happy Fathers Day - I am looking forward to being part of this forum. I’ve eaten poorly for years due to time pressure due to a busy lifestyle as well as pure laziness. I’m also going on a weight management class tomorrow so hopefully will bring some tips from that here to help others too. Also encouraging my family to eat healthily too 👍🏻

Hi Steve and welcome to our friendly forum and happy fathers day to you, I'm a proud dad too.

Thank you for introducing yourself and you're in the same predicament as many others so well done for taking the first step as you're in great company on here for all things healthy eating.

Personally I think that a whole food diet is a good basis for a change as its well worth the effort, nutrient and taste wise.

We have many Topics with lots of recipes for every diet as we all support each others premise of healthy eating for 'us'

I hope that you enjoy being a member of our community and any questions/queries then you just ask.

Jerry. 👍
