So tonight i had a chicken and cucumber wrap which was delicious. I was at my brothers this evening and i told him that i ended up feelibg sick after i had my greek yogurt this morning and i was going to go back to eggs and have eggs, spiniach and mushrooms instead of greek yogurt which he said is good , he said your body is tellibg you it either doesn't like greek yogurt anymore or its had enough of keep having it. He said there is another super healthy breakfast you could have. He said you could have a chia seed pudding , he made one for me to try ( so i dont waste any money) as he already has them for breakfast nearly every morning. He made a chocolate version and it was delicious and i much prefered it than the greek yogurt plus theres less carbs and its super healthy and i love chia seeds so thats a bonus. He made it with hazelnut milk. As i loved it so much im thinking of a few times a week having that for breakfast. Its gluten free, dairy free and will keep you full for a lobg time.
