I eat salad stuff mostly at lunch myself, I would have pasta at dinner.

By the photo, I would most likely vote for lunch. Maybe dinner.

I think because it's in a plastic tub, I view it as a cold on-the-go lunch. I like a hot dinner, so would vote lunch for this. If it was hot, on a plate, then dinner.
