This is a fantastic article. My sister-in-law always puts berries in the lunches for my Nephew and Niece. They love them!😀👍

There's always a good selection of berries in the freezer that I like to mix with Greek yogurt.

I put almonds in the Greek yogurt for after dinner. Berries with yogurt for lunch here and there when I’m home during the day.
