Hello I am Passion! I am a very picky eater and barely eat certain food. It’s ridiculous, but I do have a quick question. What some good healthy foods I can eat to get my body right? I’m trying to get myself back healthy. I don’t eat a lot and when I don’t I tend to throw up my insides so any suggestions or tips?

Hi passionc

Welcome to the Healthy eating forum. There is some general information about Healthy eating in the 'Eat Well' pages of the NHS website, and here is a link, if you want to have a look:

Hopefully you can find some foods that you can tolerate. However, it might be worth discussing things with a dietician.
