I’m after some ideas 💡 I work shifts all through the week and looking for recipes that I can use for long shifts normally I work 11pm-late I have a very good breakfast but what can I eat at work or after work that’s quick, easy and healthy!
Thank you Jess!

It's not easy, but I'll try to think of some things... I'm on the road every day in my job so I have to bring my own meals and it's hard to decide what to have most of the time.
I eat salad type stuff 3-4 meals per week in work, but only because I make large batch of it on Sunday enough to cover a few days. Saves time, plus I usually can't be arsed making it every night. It does get boring.
Do you have access to a microwave or reheating facilities? If not, it could be worth investing in an insulated bowl.
I usually eat quite a lot of soup - it's really healthy and can be pretty low calorie if you just want something light. You can batch cook soup, and it'll keep for about 5 days (or you can freeze some portions and defrost ahead of time).
This week I'm eating salads, with cooked chicken, olives, onion and cucumber, with lemon juice squeezed over for salad dressing. That takes next to no time to throw together.
You could also look at Buddha Bowls (hurrythefoodup.com/how-to-m... - it would take about half an hour to prep (10 mins chopping, 20 mins cooking in an oven). I buy things like frozen sweet potato to make it quicker.
