Hi I am no cook but if anyone has some tasty easy suggestions for recipes I would really appreciate it. I enjoy spicy foods as well as more traditional but I have got into a rut of doing the same thing every week

The other night I cooked a dish of water, onion, spring onion, leek, broccoli, garlic, some lentils turmeric and black pepper - and bouillon powder. At the end I added a pile of wholewheat pasta in the dish, cooked that and served when al dente. The lentils added a bit of body without becoming too thick.

Hiya

The hairy dieters have some great easy recipes. There chilli is lovely.

I make a basic tomartoe sauce and then add it to spag bol. Chilli, and pasta dishes.

Pasta or tinned tomartoes. Onion red pesto. Peppers. I also use a frozen vegetable base which you can buy from tescos or morrisons. Its very small chopped carrot onion and celery. This gives your dishes flavour. I add a drop of red wine but thats optional.

Hope that helps.
