Losing weight is about the foods you put in your mouth. The more calorific the foods the more the more likely weight will go on. This is especially true if you exceed the calorific requirements for your body with a mix of carbs and meats. The mixture of these almost guaranteed weight gain.

Losing weight with a meat based diet requires calorie counting because meat, dairy fish are calorie dense. Losing weight by increasing plant food intake is is easy as they contain much fewer calories and if you can get to a point of no animal food then no calorie counting is needed for most people. A few people need to limit starchy foods to further help weight loss.

If that advice interests you let me know if you want more help on eating more vegetables and legumes.
