Here's what I had for lunch today, its a home made gf roll with coleslaw meridian yeast extract, little gem lettuce and some fantastic Cheddar hop cheese, I've had the Hereford Hop and bought this variation as its a strong matured cheese rolled in roasted hops giving it an amazing and distinctive flavour. I left the bread proving for too long so it started to shrink back and gf bread doesn't rise a 2nd time like wheat flour bread, but it just gives it a slightly more dense texture. it has golden linseeds on it too if it looks speckled.
I thought the cheese looked so good I'd photo it with my lunch, the tomatoes are local and organic and taste amazing.
