Here's my lunch today as I made a large loaf and 3 rolls earlier this is made with 1/2 and 1/2 gluten free white and brown bread mix from the supermarket. I always add seeds and topped with sesame pumpkin and golden linseeds.
I had it with some very strong farmhouse cheese with mixed salad of lettuce grated carrots sliced peppers and I had a little yeast extract with mayo. I can't eat marmite so have to have a gluten free alternative and think it's interesting the combinations some of us like.
The cucumber is grown locally and they are delish and only 50p I love home grown food...π
That looks lovely Jerry, That Gluten Free Roll is so professional and those tomatoes are looking really red, being the animal that I am I would probably add some vegan mayo as well ππ
Thank you Caz28 thats really interesting and may be you want to try eating tomatoes in the dark...I love tomatoes and am going to pick my first crop of baby tomatoes this morning. π
Thank you Vacyone I'm sorry but I don't have to count carbs all so all I can say is the rolls weigh 75/80g and this is the flour mix: flour blend (rice, tapioca, potato, gram, buckwheat, carob), sugar beet fibre.
Hi Jerry, That looks great, could you forward the recipe of the gluten free bun? Would make a nice addition to my lunch for work, and some people jealous
