Hi everyone,
Here's what I had tonight it's some vegan gluten free penne I bought locally half price, its made with corn and sorghum and I had it with chestnut mushrooms onions tomatoes garlic chilli peppers carrots broccoli and carrots I added chia seeds and salt free yeast extract which's a bit bitter but great in a chilli sauce. It was easy to prepare and cook, I enjoyed it too. π
