I made porridge for lunch today as i skip breakfast with intermittent fasting. I used almond milk for the first time. . . it just made my porridge oily, in my Opinion! To be honest rather just stick with my water, it hasn’t made the porridge creamy like it would be if i had used milk and hasn’t added any flavour but it cost me £1.50 were as my water is more or less free. . . . Yeah I’ll be using it until it’s finished but I don’t think I’ll be buying it again saying all that it was still really tasty

Hi Bluejasmin
Your Porridge looks GREAT! At least you know that you don't really like the Almond milk in it, and you can go back to your normal way of doing it - using water. Glad to hear it was still really tasty though!

Looks great with all the fruit and nuts.
I sometimes have overnight oats for lunch and it works great. Like you I prefer it just made with water.
