Hi everyone,
Here's a crumble I made using ground linseeds ground almonds ground quinoa and sesame seeds using 50g of each with 100g coconut oil and 50g coconut sugar and I sprinkled flaked almonds on top before baking.
For the filling I used 5 eating apples + currants with a pinch of cinnamon. I used eating apples so there's no need for added sugar.
This is gluten free and vegan and packed with lots of nutrients and I like that. π
