Hi everyone,
I bought some red lentil fusilli as its such an interesting colour before its cooked.
I made the cashew nut sauce with cashew nuts cider vinegar nutritional yeast chives and some water in a blender after soaking the cashew nuts.
I added this to white onion hot chilli sweet peppers black kale cannellini beans with a little ginger and some black pepper and I enjoyed it.
Red Lentil fusilli is gluten free as well as being healthy and tasty. π
