Hi everyone,
I decided to make a variation of onion bhajis and baked some tender stem broccoli in a batter made with gram flour water cumin coriander turmeric black pepper and a little sea salt. I baked it for about 25 mins and I had it with a baked potato and some vegetables from my fridge. (The photo is just before I baked it)
This week is the start of The Big British Bake off Vegan Week and this is gluten free and plant based. π
