Weight lost. How about doing that. What are the food I must eat, and drink. Can drinking on an empty stomach cause me to lose weight

I think the NHS 12 week plan is helpful for healthy weight loss - and if you want to have a look at it, you can download it here:

However, that plan doesn't advocate losing weight quickly. Some people who have followed the plan have found that they lose more in the first couple of weeks, but after that, the average weight loss ranges between 1 and 2 pounds per week - but I believe that is healthy and sustainable.
