How do I have a healthy dinner when I’m not home in the evenings? I often end up either eating late (not good) or having prepackaged coop food at work (also not good!)
I can’t bear taking a lunchbox with food made at home as it’s vile after 5 hours sat in its plastic container 🤮

I guess in your luchbox you are thinking of something with bread in it which goes soggy and manky after a while. Why not buy some oatcakes. The come prepacked in sixes etc and so won't get damp at all. Oats are a slow-burn fabulous energy source. Add a pack of olives and another pack of hummus to dip the oatcakes into and you are all set.
Hi Soulstar, the Co-op sell some interesting and healthy ready to eat salads. And there are many things that you can take for a meal like some soup in a thermos, you could take cold cooked pasta/quinoa/potatoes with salad + veg with some mayo and you've got a nice healthy tasty meal, followed by fruit and live yoghurt... 🙂
I can see you've already had some great suggestions already, and just wanted to add this link to Change4Life's information about 'Healthier Lunchboxes' that you might also find helpful - hope you find something that you enjoy and which remains fresh and palatable.
