Hipster baby food

It’s many years since I’ve bought baby food but this item in the supermarket catalogue made me smile. When my kids were babies I’d cook up and blend veggies or fruit and then freeze it. I know convenience is important to families today and it seems the superfood trend is being incorporated into baby food too (it’s probably in pet food too 😉). Not that there’s anything wrong with that. I’d never heard of quinoa when my kids were little, let alone added it to their meals.

Where I grew up in Bradford, a fish and chip shop sold just fish and chips, possibly fish cakes, definitly scraps and perhaps peas.
