Todays gluten free lunch a home made bread roll filled with peanut butter and salad...🍅

Hi everyone,

Here's a nice simple and healthy lunch that I had today, its a home made GF bread roll that I made with ground golden flax seed added to the flour, it gives it a really nice colour and I sprinkled some more golden linseed on top.

I had it with crunchy peanut butter and Italian peppery salad with baby plum tomatoes silver skin onions and I falafel followed by a bowl of raspberries...

I know that Leah, as I know how much you like peanut butter and are gluten free and its all wholesome, the peanut butter is crunchy and organic too. 😊
