Todays lunch, yeast extract peanut butter and salad in gluten free bread.

β€’6 Replies

Hi everyone,

You can buy peanut butter with marmite as I eat a gf yeast extract I use that and think it's a great combination especially with mixed salad with spinach and I add a little mayo.

I baked the bread earlier and made a large loaf and a small on that I eat in 2 halves this is white gluten free bread made with supermarket gf bread flour.

If anyone has an interesting sandwich combo then please say. 😊

Hi Hidden

I also combine peanut butter and marmite sometimes, and agree that it makes a fabulous combination! Your sandwich looks scrumptious!
