Hi. I wrote about going away on holiday over a week ago..I'm back and had a great time. Once again the food was a problem - but this time, I managed my gluten free diet well surprisingly.π But, my lactose free diet was difficult. So much in the restaurant at the hotel wasn't lactose free. Same when it came to snacks. Finally, one day, I decided to just give up and eat something that wasn't lactose free and did it again - I had no symptoms at all after surprisingly.
Now, I've decided I'm not going to stick to a strict lactose free diet.
