Forgot to get a photo if this before the cutting started.... It was a really delicious cheesecake recipe I decided to try out for my partner's birthday. It's technically sugar free (uses a few tbsp of maple syrup but wields 8-10 portions). I'll definitely make again

Looks really delicious, Cooper27 . Can you please post the recipe?😀👍
I combined a couple of recipes together, but this one has the crunchy base and the strawberry topping part, and the filling is very close too:

I used half the ingredients so get this, it's approx 8 inches worth

That looks wonderful 😋 what a lovely treat for your partner and friends
Gorgeous but not sugar free enough for me having dates in it (keto lady)
I used this recipe for the base, if it's any better: theroastedroot.net/the-best...
I halved ingredients, so this still accounted for 1 of the 3 tbsps of maple syrup I used. You might be able to sub something else too, I'd been wondering whether substituting a couple of tablespoons of nut butter might work.
So where's the recipe etc.? You can't keep it to yourself if it was soooooo good!
For the one in the photo, I switched between a couple of recipes, but I made this one without the topping for a group at the weekend, and it's also really good:
