The summer is so great because we get fresh fruits! Winter is tough though 😥

it looks lovely and healhy. i agree with what you say about summer and fresh fruit there is loads of choice and its lovely sweet ripe fruit in the summer. im already worrying about what im going to eat in the winter as iv just changed my diet in the last 4 or 6 weeks. we will still get plenty of good ripe vegetables. i dont like some of the fruit in the winter it doesnt tast the same. will wait and see what happens when the winter comes along im sure there will be some fruit in season which we can find out about. love grace xoxo

You can of course get frozen berries at a reasonable cost for winter, or stewed Bromley apples

Unfortunately frozen blueberries and strawberries are so mushy 😥

I’ve already moved to frozen mixed berries and they’re a lot better than I thought! I haven’t bought the basic range and it’s mainly cherries blackcurrants and grapes (no strawberries that I can notice). Certainly cheaper for my family as they all dig in so buying fresh was expensive for us. I leave mine to defrost for a short time so they’re still a bit crunchy and with nuts and seeds I’ve been really happy.
