Hi everyone just wondering if I could get some ideas from you all just as to what do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks? Thank you :) I just seem to stick to easy and convent food and I know that's not going to help so I would like some ideas thank you xx

Hey Cupcakequeen22 - breakfast for me at the moment is either porridge - 1/3 cup (35g) jumbo oats + water in microwave for 2mins. Super simple. Normally add a bit of honey or sugar and milk so comes to around 160-180 calories. Or I make an omelette with a mixture of whole egg and egg white from a carton, and a handful of spinach (110 cals) on top of a piece of wholemeal toast (60-120 depending on size & make). None of it take more than 5mins to do.
