Well I'm easily influenced me and with Zest having jalapeño bread rolls 2 days in a row was just too much for me so I baked this. I have been buying quinoa flour but haven't been able to buy any from my usual shop so I've been using my coffee grinder to grind quinoa and have found that ground red quinoa is really good in bread.
I used sesame, poppy, chia, pumpkin and linseed with a diced jalapeño pepper and a hot chilli for good measure and I grated strong cheddar into the dough and sprinkled a little on top, with more seeds.
Today I made a large loaf and this smaller one in a 20cm cake tin I put the dough for a larger loaf in a bread tin then added the pepper and cheese for this smaller one, so it was no bother and worth a little extra effort.
