I figure I need a gf diet so I might as well make an effort and make my food as nutritional as possible.
So here's some of my home made bread rolls made with gf bread flour + quinoa flour with chia, linseed, sesame and pumpkin seeds. I love these for my lunch and filled with salad.
Hey thanks Shooting Star, here's a link to my bread and the one in the picture is darker because I didn't use ground linseed today, so it's a variation on a theme.

I figured maybe you left the recipe out on purpose to increase interest and so more people would respond. Just kidding! π
Hi Ali, thank you and yes you can use a grinder and make your own quinoa flour I find it slightly coarser ground in a coffee grinder than bought flour but this can be good as it holds more moisture. π
Iβm looking forward to your easy soda bread recipe. Do you use a bread maker? Iβve never tried to make bread but being coeliac it would be good to try. Thanks for earlier recipe. π
