Is the marrow in chicken thigh bones good or not worth it or bad for general health?

I think when people make bone broth - they often use the whole chicken carcass, and so include the chicken thigh marrow as part of that.

But maybe someone else will have a more informed view on that. I am about to go to bed, so haven't had much time to think about your query, apart from saying that.

Lastly, if you guys know the nutrition facts of this marrow because I searched a lot and only found the nutrition facts of the beef marrow
