Any Food Processor meets California Code?

I am learning to eat better and purchased a food processor for making fresh unprocessed food for myself and my family. Right away the instruction booklet listed that the processor did not meet the California code restrictions for cancer causing materials. Are there any food processors that meet these restrictions or do not contain cancer causing materials?

Can you go on the website for the food processor and get them to give you some information? Do they have a Questions/Answers section?
