This would be a hard one. We all like it and can't get enough. I know.....
Swap to good quality >70% cocoa chocolate which has health benefits. A good portion to have is about 15g a day, so work out how long one 80-100g bar needs to last you.
I like almonds, walnuts & brazils for snacking as they're low GI so take a long time to digest, high in healthy fats, & a good source of protein. Chia, linseeds, pumpkin & sunflower seeds are good, too.
Get a small tub, fill it with a mix of the above foods, & you have a healthy snack box.
I've tried and tried. Even bought 60% sugar free chocolate yet it never worked.. dont like dark choc.. so.i now have naked bars 😊

Welcome to the Healthy eating forum. Personally, I restrict my chocolate to 4 pieces of dark chocolate with nuts in, and enjoy it after my evening meal with a cup of coffee.
I can see you've had a few replies already, with some great suggestions and thoughts - and I'm wondering how you are getting on - do let us know.
