It would be best to discuss with your physician before embarking on any drastic diet change and preferably work with/under a medically professional to make any dietary changes and achieve your own improved diet. Not everyone likes to eat certain foods (depends on your likes and dislikes) and everyone's dietary choice is highly personal, individual and diverse. Some people follow a very strict "clean" diet and others eat pretty much everything in a much smaller quantity.
