well, today is the last day of my 6 month bulking phase. From tomorrow I am cutting fro 12 weeks and eating only miniature portions of brown rice, steamed chicken and sadness. So I should be splurging my last day of big calories on all the cheat foods I will be denying myself. What do I have for lunch?
