Kefir with chia & linseed, nuts & fruit.

Lots of good pre & probiotics, healthy oils, protein & micronutrients.

The mango is a cheer up splurge as Zest & Jerry gave me fruit envy last week. 😋 I resisted temptation to feed it to the kefir, though will do so tomorrow.

And why not, it's lovely, healthy and tastes yummy. I have just bought my supply of raw almonds today, I chop those up in to porridge. x

No I haven't, not in porridge, I've used it in my homemade flapjacks but never thought of using it in porridge, I'll have to give that one a go. :) x
