Last time I was on here I was 16st 7lb that was about a month ago . Today I weigh 16st 3lb. I have been really busy working at my three sessional jobs and have done little else other than work. Tonight I decided that I would order a takeaway, so I ordered pakora and a 10 inch pizza. I really don't know why I do this as all it does is remind me that I don't actually like take aways. I ate half the pakora and less than half of the pizza. So tomorrow I am back on track

A weightloss like you have is ace. I am struggling badly, on and off 5 stone but it is all my fault .Decisions have to be made . Do I cut back over my birthday ? Do I cut back on holiday ? Do I cut back on 14th Feb? Especially when they are all back-to back. A dear friend who has been struggling with breast cancer ( and been lying low ) been in touch today and it looks like we are eating and drink again on Sat . Been invited to a gin festival as guests on Sun.Thankfully,not keen on gin!

Cymrawes you have done really well and can get through this. When I have to go out and meet friends and it revolves round food I generally look at the menu online before I go and I decide what would be healthy but also what would be nice. I don't always go for the healthiest option but I know that I am not going to sabotage all my hard work. By the time I arrive at the place I know what I am eating so it takes away all the temptation. I love puddings but I also know that they are never as nice as you imagine they will be so if I decide to have one I generally stick to ice cream.
You will get through this busy time and come out the other end still on track. xx
