Breakfast Banana Bars

Hi all

I had some gluten free oats in the cupboard I wasn't eating as I'm rarely eating breakfast now and I also had bananas that I wasn't eating. I decided 'waste not want not' as my mother would say and made the above bars.

The ingredients are bananas gluten free oats, cinnamon and water. The recipe is: https:healthylivingjames.co.uk/breakfast-banana-bars/

They actually don't taste bad but when I make them again I feel the addition of maybe nuts, sultanas, raisins or dates or a mix would be good. They are very easy to make.

Thank you. They are good, just need a little lift but I have to say cinnamon is a lovely spice to use.

Thank you for adding the link🙏, I just copied it off the printed copy I have and didn't realise it hadn't worked.

Until.the nect time where I'll probably add some nuts and raisins.😀

They are incredibly easy to make but I would say need a little more fluid and some say raisins.
