I had some gluten free oats in the cupboard I wasn't eating as I'm rarely eating breakfast now and I also had bananas that I wasn't eating. I decided 'waste not want not' as my mother would say and made the above bars.

They actually don't taste bad but when I make them again I feel the addition of maybe nuts, sultanas, raisins or dates or a mix would be good. They are very easy to make.
