Hi all, I have to confess that I like crunchy mushrooms so I thought I'd try some sliced with potatoes as a topping for a veggie hot pot with more chestnut mushrooms, sugar snaps, cavolo, red onion, sweet potato, white potato and red sweet pepper in a gravy made with coconut flour with coriander, cumin and turmeric. And then baked.
When I go in veg shops I know what I like but I'm also drawn to foods that look just so right and seasonal and at the moment I'm drawn to these lovely mushrooms.
