Hi all, I have to confess that I like crunchy mushrooms so I thought I'd try some sliced with potatoes as a topping for a veggie hot pot with more chestnut mushrooms, sugar snaps, cavolo, red onion, sweet potato, white potato and red sweet pepper in a gravy made with coconut flour with coriander, cumin and turmeric. And then baked.
When I go in veg shops I know what I like but I'm also drawn to foods that look just so right and seasonal and at the moment I'm drawn to these lovely mushrooms.
So here's a picture as I reckon these whats for tea tonight posts are great...π₯
Your meal looks really delicious! I can completely understand how you were drawn to those lovely Mushrooms. I really like Chestnut mushrooms. I love the blend of spices you've used as well. Yum!
I had a lighter evening meal - as I had a larger lunch - but my meal was some Chicken soup and a brown wholemeal bread roll with some butter on it. I enjoyed it.
Having a hot pot is always good for the very cold days! I havenβt had a hot pot for a meal in a few months. Thanks for sharing your great meal, Hidden !π
