Hello folks, I've been looking at recipes using brie and decided to make a version of this tea today:
I used cavolo nero for cabbage, leeks, green beans, red onions, chilli, sweet and white potatoes. I had some brie but I used goats yoghurt as I didn't have any creme fraiche but it gave it the right consistency.
Its definitely got a really good flavour brie so I'll be cooking with it again...😊
If anyone would like to share what they had for tea then that would be really good.
