Brie and vegetable hot pot

Brie and vegetable hot pot

Hello folks, I've been looking at recipes using brie and decided to make a version of this tea today:

planetveggie.co.uk/brie-and...

I used cavolo nero for cabbage, leeks, green beans, red onions, chilli, sweet and white potatoes. I had some brie but I used goats yoghurt as I didn't have any creme fraiche but it gave it the right consistency.

Its definitely got a really good flavour brie so I'll be cooking with it again...😊

If anyone would like to share what they had for tea then that would be really good.

Mmmmm Jerry - this looks great! I bet that was tasty. :-)

I had chicken with steamed vegetables (brocolli, and green string beans) and some roasted parsnips as well. Then a 'Banana Split' with half a banana, 50g vanilla ice-cream and a sprinkling of sliced almonds. Yum!

Hope you have a lovely evening.

Zest :-)

Hi March, And thank you as I’ve never cooked with brie before either. And I did enjoy it 😊

I eat lots of seasonal veg so that influences my meals and it’s winter here. ☃️ So dishes like this go down a treat...
