What should I have in breakfast apart eggs and oats because I start my days with these things 5 days in week..

I like to have a smoothie in the morning, a small handful of frozen strawberries, protein powder, sometimes cacao powder, put enough water in it... that’s my breakfast most mornings.

Thanks but I’m from India and unfortunately we r lacking with strawberries in our country and if they are available somewhere it’s to expansive to consume everyday

Maybe have a look at the Breakfast options in the Change4Life website:

There are some nice ideas there, that could give you some ideas for varied breakfasts.

If you're set on fruit I would make a smoothie (don't blend it too much) with Goji berries and Maca powder added. Those are good.

I would also suggest maybe smoked kippers (for the protein, omega 3 etc etc - fish is a good food) and avoid the bad food groups and too much sucrose/fructose. A little should be ok.
