I enjoyed my breakfast today

A strawberry Weetabix, some ground almonds, some raisins, a small banana and Almond Milk (unsweetened). I try to vary my breakfast as it is a very important meal and I try to keep it interesting.

A lovely sunny Sunday here in North Norfolk...so welcome after several dank and foggy days last week.

Hey your breakfast looks really good Ouanne I love banana with raisins as they are such a wonderful combination.

Enjoy your sunny weather we had sunshine first thing but its raining here now, I live in Glos near the border with Wales and it's heading East...💨

Hi Ouanne

Your breakfast looks great, and I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Pleased to hear you've got some sunshine there today - hope you have an enjoyable day.

Nice easy breakfast you have there Quanne, I think it would be equally good to have as supper, if you were peckish before bed.

I wonder if Weetabix make a gluten free version.

Yes zube-uk, it would make nice supper too. I don’t think Weetabix make a gluten-free version but there is another company called Nutribix that does. Tesco stock them.

Thank you so much Quanne for finding Nutribix for me, I will look for those, I rarely get to a Tesco, I live rurally, do not drive and don't use a bus during winter to avoid infections, I will send my scouts out for some! Your ground almonds and raisins look good too.

My pleasure Zube-uk. We retired to the country too and lack shops of any kind. However all the local Supermarkets deliver hourly via online services. It takes a while to order at first but I have my lists and it is quick and easy now.

Best wishes.

Hello again, I think I said Nutribix instead of Nutribrex. I guess they are both gluten free but I would check just to be on the safe side.

Yes, occasionally I order online, the bulk of my food is veg I grow myself, I make my own almond, oat or nut milk and don't eat much bread so it takes me a long time to build up a food order online - mind boggling, there's a massive choice out there!

Thanks again for your help Quanne.
