You maybe swallowing air when you eat. This can cause bloating.

See livestrong.com/article/4836...

“To avoid swallowing air, slow down when you eat and drink. Take smaller bites and sips, and chew your food thoroughly; chewing helps prepare the food for digestion, allowing your body to break it down more easily, without excess gas buildup. If at all possible, breathe through your nose, as mouth breathing increases the chance of air entering your stomach. ”

Thanks

Hi there, I suffer with trapped wind (there are things I still need to cut out of my diet i.e. dates but I love them so much) and don't drink any fizzy drinks, chew chewing gum and also try following a soluable fibre diet. Have a look at the link below.

fibrefoods.net/soluble-fibr...

Foods like broccoli, cauliflower, sweetcorn, onions, garlic and lentils to name a few can all create bloating and trapped wind.

Best wishes.
