It’s great for support and a chat.
I have been here for a few months. Great support from some and not so great from others. So take heart some people care.
So you want to work on your tummy that’s a big one. I would like to lose my spare tyre.
As far as I can see it’s our overall fitness and weight losses which comes firs. Then I think you target areas.
While doing the first stage I have been surprised that my tyre is deflating.
As far as well beings I have just gone through a low period myself. Then after reading messages on this site again that I took no notice of the weighing scales for a whileI just believed in the process I was doing and took a look at myself. I was surprised that my body shape has changed and my clothes were loose. So that lifted me. I started walking in the fresh air instead of the indoor work I normally do.
After feeling good I weighed this morning and Hay 3 lbs goneeSo not being a slave to the scales on times helps. Good luck keep at it and get some fresh air it can lift us up.
Clean diet, ie, no processed junk. Low fat/ low starch works for me, as does sticking to restrictive eating time. I like salads in summer, & soup in winter. Lots of nuts, seeds, kefir, & fruit. Good dark chocolate & medjool dates for treats.
