Burning in chest followed by BURP during brisk walk

I develop burning in chest for last 2 years when start brisk walk.After 10 minutes,this reduces with BURP & am normal in next 10 mts of walk.During brisk walk of 35-40 mts,there is slight breathlessness.

For last45 years,Cholestrol,Triglycerides & HD Cholestrol are approximately 240,230 & 36

You really need to speak to your GP or oncologist if you are concerned, though someone on one of the cancer forums may be able to help.

Have you tried walking slowly to avoid discomfort, or avoiding walking after you've eaten whatever makes you burp?

Bouncing movements during exercise can cause acid reflux. Burning and burping are symptoms of acid reflux. Your brisk walk may be causing too much pressure on your lower esophageal sphincter leading to acid reflux. You might try exercising on an empty stomach.
